Chi è l’agenzia immobiliare HousesRe e chi è la titolare Barbara Cilia?
Tutto nacque per caso, coincidenze della vita…iniziai a respirare aria di agenzia immobiliare 23 anni fa circa, presso una nota agenzia di Ragusa dove, è fuor di dubbio, mi è stata insegnata l’etica professionale e il codice deontologico da applicare sia nei rapporti con i clienti che con i colleghi.
La passione e l’entusiasmo mi hanno poi portato ad approfondire, studiare in merito e conquistare il “patentino da agente immobiliare”….ma non si finisce mai di imparare quindi si continua anno per anno a frequentare corsi di aggiornamento, legati alla mia professione, convegni, workshop, incontri/confronti con colleghi di altre città italiane perché è proprio vero che chi si ferma è perduto. E’ necessaria una crescita continua e costante per poter offrire un buon servizio al cliente, crescita che reputo non debba solo essere un arricchimento di nuovi contenuti o tecniche di vendita all’avanguardia! Quello che spesso lamenta il cliente dell’ agente immobiliare “tipo” è la carenza di spessore umano, di cortesia e di pazienza nell’ offrire il tempo necessario ad una buona “consulenza immobiliare” propedeutica a qualsiasi acquisto/vendita/locazione soddisfacente per le parti in causa. Non è il mio caso, dicono i clienti di me, poiché sono fermamente convinta che le esigenze di ciascun cliente sono tali e tante, che devono essere ascoltate con la giusta attenzione e pazienza.
Mi sono specializzata in immobili di 2° fascia quindi dedicati soprattutto ai piccoli e grandi investitori (quindi a Ragusa Ibla, Ragusa centro, campagna iblea…) ma tratto ovviamente anche tutto il settore residenziale 1° casa e sono collegata in rete con una folta schiera di colleghi agenti immobiliari FIAIP. Questa mia specializzazione non è stata voluta ma dettata, anno dopo anno, con naturalezza, dall’ ambiente e dalla location dove ho scelto con forza di operare; nel 2008 infatti decido di mettermi in gioco, di fondare un’agenzia immobiliare, prima sotto forma di società di cui ero la legale rappresentante e poi dal 2015 come ditta individuale, scommettendo fin dagli esordi su una location insolita per i tempi, Ragusa Ibla, nel cuore della bellezza barocca di Ragusa, splendida località del sud-est della Sicilia. Scommessa vinta e che continuo a vincere ogni giorno perché l’ incantevole contesto che mi circonda, mi entusiasma ogni giorno di più e mi fa appassionare ulteriormente alla mia professione. Da lì poi la crescita, giorno dopo giorno, che mi ha portato, già da diversi anni a questa parte, a raggiungere traguardi e soddisfazioni professionali come ad esempio il ricoprire cariche dirigenziali in federazione, la FIAIP (Federazione Italiana Agenti Immobiliari Professionali) e altri ruoli in provincia:

Il resto….è storia, una storia che si scrive da sola, che si evolve…e voglio ringraziare tutti, ma proprio tutti i miei clienti presenti, passati e futuri…..e quelli ciclici, e sono tanti, che non mi abbandonano mai perché per loro, come scrive uno di loro in una recensione su HousesRe “rappresento un fidato e valido punto di riferimento nel settore immobiliare”.

Who is the HousesRe real estate agency and who is the owner Barbara Cilia?
Everything was born by chance, coincidences of life … I began to breathe the air of a real estate agency about 23 years ago, at a well-known agency in Ragusa where, no doubt, I was taught professional ethics and the code of ethics to apply both in relations with customers and colleagues.
The passion and enthusiasm then led me to deepen, study and win the “real estate agent license” …. but you never stop learning so you continue year by year to attend refresher courses, linked to my profession, conferences, workshops, meetings / discussions with colleagues from other Italian cities because it is true that whoever stops is lost. Continuous and constant growth is required to be able to offer good customer service, growth which I believe should not only be an enrichment of new content or cutting-edge sales techniques! What the client of the “typical” real estate agent often complains about is the lack of human depth, courtesy and patience in offering the time necessary for a good “real estate consultancy” preparatory to any purchase / sale / rental satisfactory for the parties in question. It is not my case, my clients say about me, since I am firmly convinced that the needs of each client are such and many, that they must be listened to with the right attention and patience.
I specialized in 2nd-tier properties therefore dedicated above all to small and large investors (therefore in Ragusa Ibla, Ragusa center, Iblean countryside …) but obviously I also deal with the entire residential sector 1st house and I am connected to the network with a large array of fellow real estate agents FIAIP. This specialization of mine was not wanted but dictated, year after year, naturally, by the environment and the location where I strongly chose to operate; in fact in 2008 I decided to get involved, to found a real estate agency, first in the form of a company of which I was the legal representative and then from 2015 as an individual company, betting from the beginning on an unusual location for the times, Ragusa Ibla, in the heart of the baroque beauty of Ragusa, a splendid town in the south-east of Sicily. A bet that I have won and that I continue to win every day because the enchanting context that surrounds me excites me more every day and makes me even more passionate about my profession. From there then the growth, day after day, which has led me, for several years now, to reach professional goals and satisfactions such as holding managerial positions in the federation, the FIAIP (Italian Federation of Professional Estate Agents) and others roles in the province:

The rest … is history, a story that writes itself, that evolves … and I want to thank everyone, but really all my present, past and future customers … … and the cyclical ones, and there are many, who do not they never abandon me because for them, as one of them writes in a review on HousesRe “I represent a trusted and valid point of reference in the real estate sector”.
